15)  Our church Christmas dinner was this past Friday evening (December 4). A "Service Tree" was there with about 100 ornaments on it (card stock variety), each suggesting a "service" to be done anonymously. Two of the ornaments I chose were (1) Knit or purchase gloves for a child and leave on his/her doorstep, and (2) Make or purchase a scarf for someone you know. I did both of these yesterday (obviously, mine were purchased!). I love doing anonymous random acts of kindness throughout the year, but there is a special feeling at Christmas.
