9)  I received a phone call from someone wanting to do a surprise Christmas for my daughter and her children. She explained how for Christmas each year her family has each taken a turn picking a family in need to give to. That when she was little her mother was a single mom and one year for Christmas this was done for them and how it touched all of their hearts so much that as adults now they all have continued this great blessing. Instead of her family exchanging gifts between one another each sibling takes a year to choose a family to give Christmas to. They use the money that they would have gotten gifts for one another and provide a Christmas for a family that otherwise would not have a Christmas.
It was the most amazing phone call and gift of love!!! Blankets, clothing, shoes and food was received all done anonymously
My daughter had a most Wonderful delivery on Christmas Eve!! Amazed and heartfelt gratitude as she couldn't imagine that this was for her & her family!!! Christmas morning was indeed a Blessing.

8) Our church was giving a Christmas dinner tonight. They suggested you bring a can of food for the Food Bank. I brought two cans of Kirkland brand Solid White Albacore; my favorite. Grilled tuna sandwiches. Mmmmm

7) There is an awesome couple that has 3 children. As a family, the children did enough chores to earn $10 each. Then the parents took the children to Wal-Mart where each child chose a $10 gift that they wrapped and took to the charity for abused children.
