I am in a rehabilitation home myself, but I love to serve whenever I get the chance. Yesterday they told me that I could head up one of their volunteer groups; making crafts, sending out cards to the troops, things like that. I told them that I don’t know what I’m doing, that I don’t know how to do it, but that I will try my best to do it.

Do your best, for you are the best for what you know...but by doing so you can always be better.
I too had the opportunity to an act of kindness and told the woman that prepares the food where my dad lives, how very good it was. She was so thankful because she said all she ever hears is complaints.
It is wonderful to give an act of kindness.
